How to send background checks through SRI

We now offer safe and secure background checks directly in Talent Software through our integration with Scandinavian Recruitment Intelligence (SRI). SRI is one of Sweden's leading providers of qualitative and objective background checks at different levels based on a unique intelligence method. How to connect SRI with Talent Software

Contact Scandinavian Recruitment Intelligence (SRI)

  1. Contact SRI to get a quote

  2. Ask your contact person at SRI for your API key

How to enable SRI integration in Talent Software:

  1. Log in to Talent Software

  2. Go to Settings > Integrations

  3. Click on + Add integration

  4. Select Integration Partner* = SRI

  5. Fill in the API Key you just received from SRI

  6. Save the integration

  7. Done 🥳

How to use background checks via SRI in Talent Software

How to add SRI background checks to your process step in the service

  1. Go to Positions

  2. Select + new position or edit existing position (Read here how to create a new position)

  3. Go to Step 2 | Process steps

  4. Add + new process step

  5. Fill in the name and any instructions (A recommended name is SRI)

  6. Click on the Test/Event tab,

  7. Select SRI in the list

  8. Select Owner and Recipient (These are based on the users you have added in SRI)

  9. Save the file

  10. Go to step 4

  11. Publish the position

  12. Done 🥳

How to send out background check information to the candidate

  1. Move the candidate to the process step where SRI is enabled

  2. Go to the candidate card

  3. Click on the timeline, and you should see that an email has gone out to the candidate requesting additional information in the form of a social security number

  4. Log in to SRI to follow the status of the candidate
