Move or reject candidates in the recruitment process

In Talent Software you get a good overview of the recruitment process and can easily move the candidates forward!

Move a candidate in the process

Follow these steps πŸ‘‡

  1. Click on the positions tab

  2. Click on the position to get an overview of the candidates

  3. Click on the candidate you want to move to another pipeline step (note that the steps may be different for different positions)

  4. If the candidate is relevant - click on the blue tab and select the step the person shoule be moved to

  5. The candidate is then moved to the selected step
    ​

  6. If the candidate is not relevant to the process - instead click on Not Relevant

  7. Done! πŸ₯³. You will now find the candidates in the new step

Move multiple candidates in the process

Follow these steps πŸ‘‡

  1. Click on the positions tab

  2. Click on the position to get an overview of the candidates

  3. Click on the pipeline step from where you want to move candidates (note that the steps may be different for different positions)

  4. Select the candidates you want to move

  5. Click the Bulk Manage button
    ​

  6. Click on the blue tab and select the step to which the candidates are to be moved

  7. If the candidates are not relevant to the process - instead click on Reject (Not Relevant)

  8. Done! πŸ₯³ You will now find the candidates in the new step
