Want to enable candidates to apply using video? Either as an add-on or alternative to CV and cover letter? Follow this guide to get started with video questions in no time.

Example questions:

  • Briefly tell us about yourself in 30 seconds:

  • Why are you interested in working with us?

  • What are your top 3 tips for good service?

  • Tell us about a challenge and how you solved it:

How to add a question:

  1. Go to the Positions tab
    ​

  2. Click on + New position
    ​

  3. Use a position template or create a new position from scratch
    ​

  4. Fill in the information on pages 1. Position and 2. Process steps
    ​

  5. Continue to page 3. Screening
    ​

  6. Click + Add question
    ​

  7. Select Video
    ​

  8. Choose a headline for the question:
    ​Ex. Briefly tell us about yourself in 30 seconds
    ​

  9. Click on Add Question to save your question
    ​

  10. Fill in other information on page 3. Screening and proceed to page 4. Promote
    ​

  11. Publish! 🎉 Candidates will now be able to apply with video
