How can I add a candidate to a position that is not open to applications?

Do you want to manually add a candidate to a position that is no longer open to applications? All you need to do is temporarily open up the position and then you can quickly and easily add the candidate. Follow these steps 👇

  1. To open the Position, go to the Position, and then click the ⋮ icon

  2. Change the last application date to today's date or a date in the future

  3. Move on to step 4 and Publish

  4. Return to the position and click on + New candidate

  5. Add the candidate and save

  6. Return to the position and click on the icon ⋮

  7. Change the last application date to a date that has passe

  8. Done! 🎉 The candidate is now added to the position
