How to create a new Pipeline template

Make it easier to get started with new recruitments with the help of our smart pipeline templates!

Do you want to make it easier for you and your colleagues to get started with new recruitments? As an administrator, you have the opportunity to create templates for your various recruitment processes. With the help of pipeline templates, you can choose which steps should be in your recruitment processes, what order you want in the steps and what should be done in each step. If you also use automatic tests, you can also set the step in which the tests are to be sent.

Before you create a new pipeline template, you need to ensure that the pipeline steps you want to use are in place or create new pipeline steps!

All you need to add a new pipeline template is to:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to Templates

  3. Make sure that the pipeline steps you want to use can be found under pipeline Steps. If you do not have pipeline steps, follow this guide.

  4. Click + New pipeline template

  5. Choose the name of your pipeline template
    ​E.g. Pipeline template | Store Employee or Pipeline Template | Department store manager

  6. Select the step you want to use from the list of Pipeline Steps and click Add Step

  7. Select the order of the steps by dragging the steps

  8. Click Save

  9. Done! πŸŽ‰

To add new pipeline steps:

  1. Click + New pipeline Step

  2. Choose a name for your pipeline step

  3. If you want, you can also write an Instruction for what to do by the responsible recruiter in this step (This instruction is not visible to candidates)

  4. Click Save

  5. Done! πŸŽ‰ You can now use your new pipeline step when creating new pipeline templates

How to add new pipeline steps with tests:

  1. Click the + New pipeline Step button

  2. Choose a name for your pipeline step

  3. If you want, you can also write an Instruction for what to do by the responsible recruiter in this step (This instruction is not visible to candidates)

  4. Select Test from the list of available tests (When a candidate is then moved to this step, the candidate will automatically receive this test by email)

  5. Click Save

  6. Done! πŸŽ‰ You can now use your new pipeline step when creating new pipeline templates
