Want to customize your Easy Schedule settings? Or do you want to access more advanced calendar settings?

All you need to do to customize your calendar settings is to:

  1. Go to the Settings tab

  2. Click the Easy Schedule tab

  3. Click the Change Settings button

  4. Select the booking page you want to edit and click Edit

  5. Now you can choose to customize:

Event information ✏️

Meeting Name ✏️

What you want your interviews to be called

Ex. Sales Associate | Telephone interview | 30 min

Meeting Location 📍

Where you want your interviews to be held

Ex. Drottninggatan 25, 111 51 Stockholm or Digitalt

Duration 🕚

How long do you want your interviews to be

Ex. 45 min

Min. Booking confirmation 🗓

How short a time in advance candidates should be able to book interviews

Ex. 1 day

Min. Cancellation confirmation 🕚

How short a time before interviews candidates should be able to cancel

Ex. 30 minutes

Cancellation Policy ✏️

Choose to ask for more information when candidates cancel

Ex. Do you have the opportunity to tell why you have to cancel?

Buffer Time between meetings 🕚

How much time you want between your interviews

Ex. 30 min

Future Limit 🗓

How far in the future you want to be able to be booked

Ex. 2 weeks

Calendars 🗓

Select calendar

Select which linked calendar you want to use

Ex. [email protected]

Opening Hours 🕚

Event Time Zone / In which time zone the event is held

Choose your time zone. Candidates automatically see free times based on their time zone

Ex. Europe / Stockholm

Opening Hours / Which opening hours apply?

Choose which days and times you want to be able to be booked.

Ex. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only (Between 10: 00-12: 00)

Reminders 🔔

Booking & Cancellation Confirmations / How do you want new bookings and cancellations to be announced?

- Choose to receive a booking confirmation via email every time a new candidate books an interview with you (Yes / No)

- Choose to send booking confirmations to candidates as soon as they have booked an interview with you

Booking Reminders / How to get a reminder of upcoming bookings?

Choose to send a reminder by email before interviews

Ex. Send a reminder to the candidate 15 minutes before the booked interview

6. When you are done, just click Save and Exit to save your changes!

Microsoft Teams

  1. Open the Microsoft Teams app

  2. Go to the Calendar tab

  3. Tap Meet Now in the upper right corner

  4. Select Get a link to share. Here you can edit the meeting name.

  5. Copy the meeting link and paste it into the Meeting Location in Easy Schedule

  6. Done! 🎉

Google Meet

  1. Open the Meet app

  2. Click at New Meeting

  3. Choose to Download a meeting link to share

  4. Copy the meeting link and paste it into the Meeting Location in Easy Schedule

  5. Done ! 🎉

Zoom

  1. Open the Zoom app

  2. Click at Meetings

  3. Click + to schedule a new meeting

  4. Name the meeting and set it as a recurring meeting

  5. Choose a password

  6. Save
    You can now find the link under Meetings, copy the link and paste it into the Meeting Location in Easy Schedule

  7. Done! 🎉
