With Talent Software Easy Schedule, you can easily book one or more interviews - with just a few keystrokes. Best of all? By linking your calendar, we automatically find free times in your calendar that candidates can then book. In addition, you can choose to adapt everything from how long your interviews should be to which days of the week you want to be able to be booked. All you need to do to get started with Easy Schedule is follow this guide on how to connect your calendar and customize your calendar settings.

All you need to do to book a candidate is to:

  1. Select a position

  2. Select the candidate you want to send a booking request to

  3. Click on Book Interview

  4. Select the type of interview from your list

  5. Double check that the right candidate has been selected

  6. Choose whether you also want to invite one or more colleagues to the interview

  7. Select an email title

  8. Choose the content of your email (You can either choose to use one of your templates or choose to write your own email)

  9. When you are done with your email, just click Send Now to send your booking request

All you need to do to book more candidates is to:

  1. Select a position

  2. Select the candidates you want to send booking requests to (All candidates receive separate booking requests)

  3. Click on Book Interview

  4. Select the type of interview from your list

  5. Double check that the right candidates have been selected

  6. Choose whether you also want to invite one or more colleagues to the interviews

  7. Select an email title

  8. Choose the content of your email (You can either choose to use one of your templates or choose to write your own email)

    Tip! Use variables to maintain a personal touch when sending emails to multiple candidates at once.

  9. When you are done with your email, just click Send Now to send your booking requests. Done!
