How to set up Subscribe

Let potential top candidates subscribe to job openings that match their interests

Do you want to make it easier for potential top candidates to stay up to date on future career opportunities with you? With the help of our Subscribe function, candidates who are interested in working for you can now easily subscribe to job openings that match their interests!

How Subscribe works:

  1. A candidate who is interested in subscribing to your job openings fills in:
    - Email address

    - Name

    - In which departments the person wants to subscribe to job openings

  2. The candidate clicks on the Subscribe button and automatically receives an email that they are now subscribing to your vacancies

  3. Once a week, the candidate automatically receives an email with a list of job openings that match their interests. *

* The email is sent out once every Wednesday at 12:00.

The first thing you need to do before activating Subscribe is to:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Departments

  3. Make sure that the departments you want candidates to be able to subscribe to are in place or add a new department by clicking the + New department button

  4. As soon as you are happy with your list of departments, it's time to move on to the next step!

All you need to do to enable Subscribe is to:

  1. Go to the Career Page tab

  2. Click the + Add Block button

  3. Select the Subscriptions block

  4. Select where on the career page the block should be visible by dragging the block

  5. Click the Publish button to make the block visible on your career page

  6. Done! πŸŽ‰
