All you need to do to add a new email template is to πŸ‘‡

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Templates

  3. Create a new email template by clicking + New Email Template

  4. Or duplicate an existing email template by clicking the duplicate icon

  5. Choose an internal name for the email template
    ​E.g. Invitation to telephone interview

  6. Select a subject from the email template
    ​E.g. Regarding the position {position.name})

  7. Enter your message in your email template

    E.g. "Hey, {candidate.firstname}!
    ​
    β€‹β€œ Thank you for your application for the position as {position.name}. Glad to hear that you are interested in working with us! We think you seem to have a very interesting profile and would very much like to get in touch with you for a first telephone interview.

    Do you have the opportunity to return with suggestions for a day and time that suits you? "

    Tip! With the help of variables, you can send out emails to several candidates at the same time - without losing the personal touch

    {candidate.firstname} = Automatically exchanges for each candidate's first name

    {Candidate.lastname} = Automatically exchanges for each candidate's last name

    {candidate.phonenumber} = Automatically exchanges for each candidate's phone number

    {position.name} = Automatically replaced with the name of the position

  8. You do not need to add an email signature to the end of your email templates, but your email signature is automatically retrieved from the information in your profile.

  9. Click Save

  10. Done! πŸŽ‰
