How to activate notifications about new applications (Specific position):


โ€‹๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿ’ป Permission Level: All Users

  1. Go to the Positions tab

  2. Select a position and click on โ‹ฎ at the far right and select "Edit"

  3. Jump to step "3. Screening"

  4. If no A-, B- or C-categorization is active, you can easily choose to be notified by email about all new applications for the position, click on the "Other" tab.

  5. Scroll down to "Users that will get notified by email".

  6. Then select which users will be notified about new applications in the list of users.

  7. When you have added one or more users, just click next

  8. Then click on the green "Publish" button in the bottom right corner.

  9. Done! ๐ŸŽ‰ Now the users you have chosen will receive a notification via email when a new candidate applies for positions

How to activate notifications about new applications (Specific category):

๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿ’ป Permission Level: All Users

  1. Go to the Positions tab

  2. Select a position and click on โ‹ฎ at the far right and select "Edit"

  3. Jump to step "3. Screening"

  4. If A-, B- or C-categorization of candidates is active, you can easily choose to be notified via email about only applications from e.g. A-candidates by clicking on the tab A-candidates.

  5. Scroll down to "Informed Users".

  6. Then select which users will be notified of new A-candidates in the list of users.

  7. When you have added one or more users, just click next

  8. Then click on the green "Publish" button in the bottom right corner.

  9. Done! ๐ŸŽ‰ Now the users you have chosen will receive a notice via email when a new A-candidate applies for positions.

How to activate notifications about new applications (All positions):

๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿ’ป Permission Level: Administrators

  1. Go to the Settings tab

  2. Then select the Process tab

  3. Scroll down to "Events on application".

  4. Turn on "Inform responsible recruiter that the candidate has applied"

  5. You can also choose to notify other users (in addition to the respective responsible recruiter) by selecting the users in the list "Users who are informed".

  6. Once you have added one or more users, just click the "Update Changes" button to save your changes.

  7. Done! ๐ŸŽ‰ Now the users you have chosen will receive a notification via email when a new candidate applies for your positions.
