Updating the header on your career page is super easy! Just make sure your image or video meets certain requirements.

Since the career page is responsive, the header’s format isn’t fixed—it automatically adjusts to the user’s screen size, whether vertical or horizontal. To ensure the best display:

  • Choose an image or video with some extra space around the main subject to avoid awkward cropping (e.g., half of a face being cut off on mobile).

  • Avoid text or logos in the image or video, as they may be partially or fully cropped.

  • Recommended width: At least 1920 pixels

  • Maximum file size: 20MB

If your image or video is too heavy, you can use online tools to optimize its size—try searching for “Image resizer” or “Video resizer” on Google.

Uploading Your Header Image or Video

  1. Log in to Talent Software.

  2. Go to Career Page.

  3. Click on Header.

  4. Click the image or video field, depending on what you want to upload.

  5. Select your file.

  6. Scroll down and click Save.

  7. Publish your career page.

  8. Done!

💡 Adjusting the Focus Point of Your Header Image

If you’ve uploaded a header image and want to control which part stays centered when cropped, you can adjust the focus point.

  • Go to Header settings.

  • Click on the target icon in the top-right corner of the image field.

  • Click on the part of the image you want to keep in focus.

  • Click save where the icon was.

  • Scroll down and click on the save button.

  • Publish you career page.

  • Done!
